As people continue to transition to working from home in a more permanent fashion, we are seeing a rise in requests for desks, both custom designed pieces and desks from our signature collection. One piece we’re all excited to see gain a bit of traction lately is the Huston Table Desk, originally designed by Bill in 1999.
A timeless and simple, streamlined design, the Huston Table Desk has a wooden pull-out keyboard tray that measures 34″ wide. The top of the desk has two 1 3/4″ diameter wire grommets to keep your work area neat.
It’s easy to imagine custom modifications to tweak the Huston Table Desk a bit to suit the specifications needed for a dining table. The effortless dual-nature of this specific piece of furniture seems fitting for the world we’re living in today, where our dining tables are functioning as makeshift offices or classrooms for our children.
We’d love to help walk you through the process of creating custom home office furniture or your options for modifying our existing designs – please contact us with any questions you might have.
